Your Narrow-Gauge jewelry is made to be worn, loved, and lived in. Each piece is handcrafted with real stones and quality metals, which means it develops character over time. Stones may soften, wire may gently relax, and finishes may patina - all part of the story.
Because real materials deserve real care, the Care & Renewal Program exists to help your pieces stay beautiful, secure, and ready for daily adventures. Think of it like routine maintenance for jewelry you can’t imagine leaving behind.

What the program includes:
Restringing & Refreshing
- Recommended about once a year for pieces worn daily
- Keeps stones secure, wire comfortable, and the bracelet looking its best
- Includes a gentle cleaning to restore shine and remove everyday buildup
- Ideal before traveling, gifting, or just to keep a favorite piece in top shape
- Size adjustments as life and style change
Quality Checks
- Gentle inspection to make sure everything is secure
- Small adjustments to clasps, beads, or wires if needed
Recycling & Reuse
- If you choose not to repair or refresh a piece, it can be returned to the studio to be responsibly recycled
- Materials are never reused in new work for other customers; recycling is purely to prevent waste
- Pieces can also be reworked into something new for you (additional fees may apply)
Pricing & Fees
All Care & Renewal services are paid separately from your original purchase. Pricing depends on complexity, materials, and time required.
- Bracelet Restring / Refresh: $18–$25 per piece
- Cleaning: included with refresh, or $10–$15 standalone
- Multi-bracelet refresh (3+ pieces): reduced per-piece rate
- Quality check only: complimentary when paired with a refresh
We’ll always confirm pricing with you before beginning work.
Shipping
- Customers are responsible for shipping pieces to the studio.
- I will gladly ship them back to you once the work is complete.
- Please securely package your pieces and fill out the Care & Renewal Request form prior to shipping so I know exactly what care you’re requesting.

Care & Renewal isn’t because your jewelry is fragile - it’s because it’s real, cherished, and meant to last. Wearing a bracelet every day is a sign of love, not a flaw. This program lets us honor the life your jewelry lives while keeping it safe and beautiful.
By offering optional recycling, pieces that are no longer being refreshed or worn can be handled responsibly rather than discarded, keeping materials and the story intact.
